妇洁灵的抗炎作用和急性毒性及局部毒性研究

Research of Fu Jie Ling on the Anti-inflammation,Acute and Local Toxicity

妇洁灵对二甲苯、巴豆油及新鲜蛋清所致急性炎症模型具有明显的抑制作用,妇洁灵小鼠灌胃的LD=L_为35.4=1.15ml/kg,其毒性明显小于芝兰型香水,妇洁灵对家兔皮肤及外阴部无刺激作用,但对眼粘膜有刺激作用,实验结果揭示,妇洁灵是安全、有效、他用方便的妇女卫生保健用品。

Fu Jie Ling markedly inhibited acute inflammation model induced by dimethylbenzene, croton oil and fresh albumin respectively. LD_(50) and L_(95) of Fu Jie Ling to mice were 35.4±1.15mg/kg, its toxicity obviously lower than Zi lan perfume. The drug does not irritates on skin and vulva of rabbits, but it irritates its eye-mucosa. Experimental results show that Fu Jie Ling is a women higiene articles of safety, effective and convenient for use.
