具有α,β-不饱和羰基的3-碘色满对Michael加成反应有良好反应活性。利用其与2-硫脲嘧啶亲核试剂反应能合成出具有生理活性的化合物。

3-Iodochromones with alpha, beta-unsaturated carbonyl group are sensitive to Michael addition and a new compounds with physiological activities can be synthetized by reaction of the 3-iodochromone with 2-thiouracil nucleophiles.
