具有-不饱和羰基的3-碘-苯并吡喃-4-酮对Michael加成反应有良好反应活性。利用2-巯基苯并咪唑亲核试剂合成出新的3-碘-苯吡喃-4-酮衍生物。

3-Iodo-4-oxo-4H-1-benzopyrom-4-ones (3-iodochromones) with α, β-unsaturated carbonyl group are sensitive to Michael addition and a new compounds with physsological activites were synthetized by reaction of the 3-iodo-4-oxo-4H-H-benzopyrom-4-ones with 2-mercaptobenzimodazoles.
