摘要
Technical innovation depends on the technical advancement on the basis of existing condition in an enterprise, in order to extended reproduction, an enterprise should use its own potential. This work describes the aim and importance for technical innovation, and summarizes the main contents. The strategy of technical innovation was proposed for an enterprise, through assessing the successful cases of technical innovation in recent years in KingWay beer Co. Ltd.
