摘要
在全球经济一体化的大趋势下,外资、私营等企业,对人才的争夺日益激烈。如何留住人才成为国企人力资源管理中的一大难题。从分析企业人才的流失原因入手,提出了有效防止人才流失的对策。
Under the tendency of global economy integralization, the fight for talent becomes intense day and night by foreign investment and private owned enterprise. How to keep on talent has been a difficult problem of state enterprise human resources management. This paper puts forward the countermeasures for prevention of talent drifting away, started from drifting cause analysis. 〔
