柴胡香薷饮治疗夏季急性上呼吸道感染的研究

Study of Chaihu-Xiangru decoction on acute upper respiratory infection in summer

目的 研究柴胡香薷饮治疗夏季急性上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法 选择急性上呼吸道感染患儿 198例 ,随机分为 2组 ,治疗组予柴胡香薷饮治疗 ,对照组予口服小儿速效伤风冲剂和静滴利巴韦尔 10mg/kg。结果 轻中度患儿应用 2种方案均有较好疗效 ;重度患儿中治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 柴胡香薷饮有较好退热、缓解症状的作用 ,较单用西药效果好。

Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of Ch aihu-Xiangru decoction on acute respiratory infection (AURI).Methods Chose 198 children with AURI and divided into 2 groups. Tr eatment group were treated with Chaihu-Xiangru decoction. Control group were gi ven pedo-immedi ately-effect coryza powder preparation for infusion in oral use and Ribavirin 1 0mg/kg,iv. Results Both treatment methods had a good curative effect on mild and moderate c old. The curative effect of treatment group was much better than that of control group in children with hard cold.Conclusion Chaihu-Xiangru decoction has a good function of relieving fever and symptom. The curative effect is better than that given western medicine only.
