加强综合期刊工作 全面提高大学生整体素质

Intensifying the Work of General Magazines and Raising the Overall Quality of Students

通过讨论综合期刊对大学生整体素质的影响,分析综合期刊工作的现状,从大学生整体素质教育中的基础素质、专业素质、心理素质几个方面入手,我们认为应该从改善期刊采访计划、进行深层次服务、配备高素质的管理人员、提供良好的阅读环境等几个方面来加强综合期刊工作。

Both the effect of general magazines on the overall quality of students and the present situation about the work of general magazines are analyzed in this paper. The improvement of purchasing magazines, better serving for readers, equipment of high quality staff, and supply for comfortable reading environment are considered to be the effective approach to improvement of the work of general magazines according to students' fundamental quality, specialty quality and psychological quality.
