进谏行为是指以改善环境为目的,以变化为导向,富有建设性的人际间的交流行为。文章系统地介绍了进谏行为的概念,进谏行为对组织的作用以及影响进谏行为的因素。
Voice behavior is a constructive-change-oriented communicating behavior intended to improve the situation. The article systematically introduced the definition of voice behavior, its functions in organization and the factors that may influence voice behavior.
