腹腔镜下子宫穿孔修补术5例报告

Laparoscopic repair of uterine perforation:with a report of5cases

目的 :探讨腹腔镜诊治子宫穿孔的价值。方法 :应用腹腔镜为 5例人工流产术后子宫穿孔患者进行探查并行穿孔修补术。结果 :5例患者均在腹腔镜下明确诊断 ,3例行完全腹腔镜下子宫穿孔修补术 ,2例行腹腔镜辅助下手术 ,患者均痊愈出院。结论 :腹腔镜手术患者创伤小 ,康复快 ,兼有诊断和治疗的功能 ,是诊治子宫穿孔的良好手段。

Objective:To explore the value of laparoscopic repair of uterine perforation in diagnosis and treat-ment.Methods:Laparoscopic exploration and repair of uterine perforation was performed in5cases of uterine perforation after induced abortion.Results:The diagnosis was defined in5cases,complete laparoscopic restoring of uterine perforation was performed in3cases,partial laparoscopic surgery was performed in2cases.All cases recovered.Conclusions:Lapa-roscopic surgery has advartages of minimal injury,quick recovery and finished concurrently diagnosis and treatment for uterine perforation.
