The workshop of the folk straw-weaving artisan Mr. Aisin-Gioro Yu Yonglies in a small lane by the side of Dazhalan in Qianmen of Beijing. His sttaw-woven handicrafts range from lifelike cricket-fight and crabs to locusts on thegrass, mantises among flowers and dragons flying in the clouds and are allextraordinarily vivid. He has innovated and developed designs of variousinsects, turtles, crabs, snakes and dragons. His works have been awardedgrand prizes at the exhibitions in China and have been collected by China AttGallery and The Capital Museum.
