摘要
讨论了高压常温法制备液氯的工艺,介绍了液化温度、原料氯气纯度等对工艺的影响及对液化温度、氯压机输出压力的控制方法。通过对比,认为一级压缩与二级压缩在能耗上无大的差别,高压常温法氯气液化工艺安全性较高。
Liquid chlorine preparation process under high pressure and normal temperature was discussed. The influences for the process, which was made by liquefation temperature, material and chlorine gas purity, were introduced. Controlling methods and liquefation temperature of pressure output by chlorine compressor was introduced. After comparison, it was pointed that there were no difference between primary compression and secondary compression on energy consumption. Safety of chlorine liquefation process was high.
