摘要
以有限元为手段 ,采用ANSYS软件包构建 3D模型 ,充分考虑冷却壁传热的边界条件 ,对不同材质冷却壁温度场进行了分析 ,此分析可为冷却壁的长寿化设计和材料选用提供参考 ,具有一定的实用价值。
This paper regards FEM as the means,adopts ANSYS software pa ck age and constructs 3D model.It fully considers boundary condition of heat transf er for cooling stave and analyzes temperature field of cooling stave made of dif ferent materials.The analysis can offer reference for longevity design of coolin g stave and material selecting for use,and has certain practical value.
