铜陵海螺2×10000t/d熟料生产线工艺系统设计介绍

铜陵海螺2×10000t/d生产线由中材国际南京水泥设计研究院承担工程设计,经18个月的施工建设和1个月的试生产调试已实现了正常稳定的达标生产。详细介绍了从原料破碎到熟料储存及输送整个工程的工艺流程及各个具体环节的特点,概括介绍了全线的主机配置情况;并就投料试生产至正常生产期间系统出现的种种问题及解决措施进行了逐一介绍。

t/d production line of Tongling Conch Corp. was designed by SINOMA-Nanjing Cement Industry Design and Research Institute, through eighteen months of construction and one month of comissioning, now the production line has realized normal and stable reach-standard production. Characteristics of each detail part and the technical process of the whole production, from break of raw material to storage and tansportation of clinker, are introduced in detail. The main equipments of the whole production line are also introduced in brief. And between the time from the begining of commissioning to normal production, all kinds of problems and the measures are introduced one by one.
