优化工程设计 降低新型干法水泥生产线的投资

摘要 针对已定的建厂条件,制定科学合理的设计方案和优化工程设计是降低工程投资最重要的途径。山水的建设实践证明:(1)采用技术成熟的大型单段破碎机,并控制其运转率为60%~70%,就可满足生产运行;(2)输送皮带角度可达16°~18°,从而减少输送距离;(3)圆形预均化系统投资省;(4)各类储库储期不宜过长,一般生料库1d,熟料库2d,水泥库7~10d,可有效控制库投资;(5)在满足环保条件时,尽可能选电除尘,其投资和营运费用低;(6)利用厂区标高布局,以及专用技术(桩基和网架结构)由专业公司承担都可有效控制投资。 Based on existing construction condition, establish scientific reasonable design plan and optimize project design is the most approach to lower the project investment. Practise of Shanshui Group has proved that (1)It can meet the production requirement if apply matured-technology large one-stage crushing and control the running rate at 60%~70%.(2)Angle of the conveyer belt can reach16°~18°, then can reduce the convey distance.(3)Investment of circular preblending bed is more cost saving.(4)Storage age of each kind of storage building should not be too long--1 d for general raw meal silo, 2d for clinker storage and 7~10 d for cement store, and so it can effectively control the storage building investment. (5) When meet the environmental protection requirement, electric deduster had better be choosed because its investment and running cost are lower. (6) Utilize the elevation overall arrangement in the factory and special company undertake special technology as pile base and lattice frame structure both can control the investment effectively.
