摘要
本实验用牛血清白蛋白(BSA)加福氏不完全佐剂预免疫豚鼠10天后行玻璃体内 BSA 注射诱发出过敏性葡萄膜炎,观察了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)对其的影响.眼球组织病理学观察结果显示,SOD 处理组动物眼前段以中性粒细胞为主的炎细胞浸润渗出显著减少,提示具有清除超氧阴离子(O^(-2))自由基作用的 SOD 对葡萄膜炎症过程中的细胞反应可能有一定的抑制作用.眼科学报 1993;9:103-105。
In this study,experimental allergic uveitis(EAU)in guineapigs was induced by an injec-
tion of bovine serum adbumin(BSA)into the vitreous after having pre-immunized them intradermally
with BSA plus incomplete Freund adjuvant,and the effect of superoxide dismutase(SOD)on EAU was
observed.The result showed that,histopathologically,the phlogistic cell infiltration and exudation within
the anterior ocular part of the SOD-treated animals reduced notably.It is suggested that SOD which can
scavenge the free radical superaxide anion may alleviate the cellular reaction in the pathological process of
