The Hierarchy-Topsis Process in Project Assessment

项目评估的方法众多,主要包括三类:定性分析法、定量分析法以及定性-定量综合分析法。本文提出了一种融合层次分析法与理想解法以对项目进行评估的方法:层次-理想解法。该方法的优点是不仅具有层次分析法的各种优势,而且在评估时保留了原有定量指标值,使评估结果更加的精确。此方法适用于多方案择优项目的评估。

There are numerous approaches in project assessment, including three main types: qualitative analysis, quantitative analytic approaches and qualitative-quantitative combined analysis.This study proposes with combining the Analytical Hierarchy Process and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution to evaluate project synthetically-so called Hierarchy-Topsis Process. This approach not only has the advantages of the Analytical Hierarchy Process, but also can hold the original quantitative indexes in assessment. Therefore, the result of the assess could be more accurate. It is suitable for the project which has many alternatives to be selected.
