摘要
激烈的市场竞争迫使房地产企业越来越注重顾客的需求。以顾客价值最大化为核心思想的价值链管理为此提供了崭新的视角。本文基于以往研究成果,分析了房地产企业价值链的内涵与运行机制,并提出了价值链管理整合模型。
