摘要
在电子商务交易模式中,网站的建设是企业电子商务战略成功的一个关键因素。电子商务网站的建设情况从侧面反映了一个公司发展电子商务的态度及思想。本文以四川省电子信息产业16家重点优势企业作为样本,从信息搜索指标、交易指标、舒适度指标及社交指标四个方面对其B2C电子商务网站的建设情况进行评估,并就企业在网站建设方面存在的问题提出改进对策。
In e-commerce, the design of Web sites becomes a critical success for e-commerce. The quality of the web site can reflect how the enterprise develops its e-commerce operation. This paper analyzed 16 B2C web sites of the preponderant enterprises in Sichuan Province by four criteria: information research, business function, enjoyment, and social communication, and then gave some advice on the improvement of the B2C web site′s quality.
