近几年,企业并购在中国不断呈现。MBO作为一种企业并购中的融资安排倍受关注。本文主要阐述了MBO在中国快速发展的原因,以及目前MBO在中国实施存在的主要问题,并针对问题提出了一些建议。

In recent years, mergers and acquisitions of enterprise is developed in China. MBO as a finance-arrangement is concerned.This article is mainly about why MBO is developed quickly and the main question existing in Implementation MBO in China. And some suggestions are given.
