摘要
报告9例糖尿病前部增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变,描述了:其临床表现、治疗方法及手术方式,强调除行晶状体摘除外,尚需选择性采用视网膜切开、眼内电凝、条带剪切等措施。并对此病的分类、病因、病理及手术预后进行了详细讨论。
The author describes clinical findings in 9 cases of A-PVR with diabetes. The eyes were treated with a lensectomy of phacomulsification, Gas/Fluid exchange, retinotomy and close vitrectomy in which the anterior proliferative tissue was surgically cut or excised. The classification, pathogenesis and pathology of A-PVR with diabetes are discussed in detail.
