摘要 采用Humphrey视野分析仪黄斑阈值程序测定了104例老年性黄斑变性(AMD)患者,65例正常人作为对照组。结果显示病人的黄斑光敏度(MLS)较正常对照组明显降低,湿性较干性患者降低显著,Amsler表检查异常的下降明显,MLS与视力相关。认为该仪器在AMD诊断中有重要作用。 In this study the macular threshold program of the humphrey field analyzer was used for measuring 104 patients (104 eyes) with ageing macular degeneration (AMD) and 65 normals (% eyes) as a control. The results show that the macular light sensitivity (MLS) in AMD patients reduced obviously even though their visual acuities were 1.0 or better, the reduction of the MLS was related to the visual acuity, wet form had more effects than that of dry form the patients with abnormal amsler grid had more decrease than that of normal amsler grid. The authors discuss the reason that the MLS in AMD was decreased and suggest that this method may be useful for the diagnosis of AMD.
