不对称性青光眼的黄斑光阈值改变

Changes of Macular light Threshold in Asymmetric Glaucoma

采用Humphrey-630型视野计检查三组29例双眼不对称性青光眼的黄斑光阈值,发现早期青光眼黄斑光阈值明显高于正常对照组,中晚期患者高于早期患者,早期患者高于高眼压症组,三组资料统计学上均有高度显著性差异,说明测定黄斑光阈值对于发现青光眼的早期视功能损害有一定的临床意义。

Macular light threshold of 29 cases of asymmetric glaucoma was measured by Humphrey field Analyzer-630. The results showed that the threshold of patients with glaucoma had the tendency of increasing. The macular brightness sensitivity of patients at early stage of glaucoma decreased obviously when compared with normal controls or ocular hypertension, and those with median or advanced glaucoma decreased more. The differences of threshold in these three groups were all statisticaly significant (P 0.001). It is suggested that the test of macular light threshold play a definite role in early diagnosis of glaucoma.
