摘要
对实验性兔角膜碱烧伤做了角膜病理组织学观察,并应用计算机图像分析技术对角膜切片的不同部位进行细胞核数目及细胞核面积的定量分析。很好地显示了角膜基质中炎细胞浸润和纤维细胞增殖的程度,并对综合治疗及甲孕酮治疗组与对照组进行比较,证实对照组炎细胞浸润重,综合治疗组纤维细胞增生活跃,甲孕酮组炎细胞及纤维细胞数目均少。文中讨论了实验治疗的可能作用机理。
Histopathological study of the alkali-burned cornea of rabbit was made and the corneal sections were qantitatively analysed with computerized image analytic technique, which satisfactorily showed the degrees of PMN infiltration and fibroblast proliferation in the corneal stroma. The results showed that the most serious infiltration of inflammatory cells was in the control group, the most active fibroblast proliferation in the combined therapy group and the minor changes of the both in the medroxyprogesterone treatment group. The possible mechanisms of the experimental therapies are discussed.
