角膜接触镜性绿脓杆菌角膜脓疡及镜片消毒液抑菌作用的评估

Contact Lens-associated Pyocyaneal Corneal Ulcers and the Appraisal of Efficiency of Antibacterial Activity of Contact Lens Disinfectant Solution

报道17例角膜接触镜(下简称隐镜)并发绿脓杆菌角膜脓疡。细菌培养证实镜片之配套药液为该病污染源;将少量绿脓杆菌菌落物质浸泡于配套药液之消毒液中,在使用说明的规定消毒时间内对绿脓杆菌的抑菌作用甚弱或无作用。

This paper reports 17 cases of pyocyaneal corneal ulcers complicated with the application of contact lenses. It has been proved that the source of infection originated from the corresponding matching contact lens solutions. With a small amount of pseudomonas colony material soaked in the disinfectant solution according to the time interval as regular instructed, the antiseptic effect against Bacillus pyocyaneus is weak or even abscent as shown by bacterial cultivation.
