摘要 将SD鼠的视网膜培养在4种条件的培养液中,三天后测定已糖激酶(HK)和丙酮酸激酶(PK)活性。发现高糖条件下培养的视网膜HK和PK活性显著降低。培养液中增加镁浓度,两者活性升高。在正常糖环境中增加镁浓度,PK活性升高,且高于正常。提示高糖可能通过某种机制使细胞内外离子异常转移。影响细胞内环境的稳定性,使KK和PK活性降低,致视网膜的正常糖代谢紊乱,能供减少。从而引起视网膜损害。 The retinas of SD rats were incubated in 4 types of media and the activity of hexokinase (HK) and pyruvate kinase (PK) was determined after three days, respectively. The results suggested that the activity of HK and PK of retina in high glucose environment was significantly decreased and the activity of HK and PK recovered to normal level, when more magnesium was added in the culture medium.
