摘要
应用单向琼脂免疫扩散法测定原发性闭角型青光眼(PCAG)房水免疫球蛋白水平。53例53眼PCAG房水中均可测出IgG,53眼中仅有7眼房水测出IgA,3眼房水测出IgM,PCAG房水IgG及IgA水平均高于对照组老年性白内障,且有非常显著性差异(P<0.001)。PCAG房水IgG滤过系数为1/67.826,较正常人眼高。结果表明PCAG之血房水屏障功能有破坏,房水免疫反应参与PCAG之发生与发展。
The paper presents the results of the primary closed-angle glaucoma (PCAG) determined by single radial immunodiffusion. The IgG was determined in all of 53 patients the mean level was 0.23±0.189g/L. The IgA was determined only in 7 eyes out of 53 eyes, the mean level was 0.08±0.056g/L. The IgM was determined in 3 eyes of 53 eyes, mean level was 0.06±0.048g/L. The IgG and IgA levels in aqueous humor of PCAG were higher than those in the control group (senile cataract) and there was significant difference (P<0.001). The filterable coefficient of aqueous humor IgG was 1/67.826, which was higher than normal individuals. These results indicated that the function of blood-aqueous humor barrier in PCAG presented breakdown and the immunoreaction in aqueous humor of PCAG may participate in attack and developing.
