摘要
首次应用二维超声和脉冲波多普勒技术(2DU—PWD)对23例正常人和25例糖尿病患者的视网膜中央动脉(CRA)与眼动脉(OA)进行血流动力学定量研究。证明了糖尿病患者的血流频谱特征。其血流峰值、峰时和血流时相等测值与正常人有显著差异,与血糖测值呈明显负相关。提示2DU—PWD是一种简便可靠的无创性诊断技术,为糖尿病视网膜病变眼血流动力学研究提供了一种定量检测方法和理论基础。
The authors first quantitatively studied the blood dynamics of the central retinal artery (CRA), ciliary artery (CA) and ophthalmic artery (OA) in 23 cases of normal persons and 25 patients with diabetes with a two-dimensional ultrasound and pulse wave dopplersonography (2DU-PWD). The typical arterial blood frequency spectrums in patients with diabetes were determined. There were statistically significant differences between patients with diabetes and normal persons in the peak values of blood current, peak time duration and time phase (P<0.05-0.01), and also there was a significant reverse relationship between these values and the level of blood glucose in diabetes (r=-0.68; r=-0.51; r=-0.64). The authors concluded that 2DU-PWD was a simple, reliable and noninvasive method in studying ocular blood dynamics in diabetes.
