摘要
应用国产Nd-YAG激光对兔眼行虹膜周边切除术和晶体前囊切开术,术后1小时及24小时取角膜用锥蓝和茜素红染色,发现行虹膜周边切除术之兔眼角膜内皮:有圆形损伤区,而行晶体前囊切开术的兔角膜内皮无任何损伤。
Nd-YAG laser made in China was used in iridectomy or capsulotomy for 12 rabbits. 1h or 24h after operation, corneal endothelial cells were stained with alizarin red S and trypan blue. It was found that corneal endothelium appeared circular damage area with iridectomy and was normal with capsulotomy.
