实验性眼球内铜异物的炎症反应及ERG改变

摘要 将四种不同大小、不同含铜量的铜片置入兔眼玻璃体中央,用裂隙灯、眼底镜观察术后反应,暗适应视网膜电流图(ERG)检查视功能改变。结果:大的铜异物在眼内很快发生强烈的化学性炎症反应,ERG2周内呈熄灭型,小的铜异物则炎症反应轻微,4个月观察期无明显变化。纯铜与铜合金所致损害无明显差别。提示眼球内铜异物对眼的损害程度主要取决于异物的大小,对临床治疗有重要参考价值。 Four kinds of copper particles of different size and copper content were implanted into the central portion of vitreous bodies of rabbits in respective groups. Ocular changes were observed by slit lamp and ophthalmoscope, and alterations of visual function were examined by dark adapted ERG. There was severe inflammatory reaction soon after the implantation of large particles, and the ERG showed extinct changes in two weeks, whereas the inflammation caused by small particles was mild and transient, and the ERG showed normal or super-normal pattern. There was no significant difference between the changes induced by pure copper and copper alloy particles. The results suggested that the degree of ocular damage caused by intraocular copper foreign body depends mainly on its size.
