摘要
观察了30例高度近视患者的图形视诱发电位(PVEP),其P100潜伏期和振幅的平均值分别为99.9ms和6.41μV。与正常对照组相比,P100潜伏期有非常显著的延长,而振幅则差别不显著。高度近视P100潜伏期与眼轴长度成正相关,而振幅与眼轴长度成负相关。表明随着高度近视程度的加重,视网膜的损害也越严重,但是这种损害产生的部位和原因尚待进一步研究。
Pattern visual evoked potentials were recorded in 60 eyes of 30 high myopias (-6.25—23.00D) ranging from 15 to 63 years old. The axial length was measured in most of the patients. The average latency and amplitude of p100 were 99.9ms and 6.41uV, respectively. A very significant difference in the latencies between high myopia and the control eyes (P<0.01) was found. There was a very significant linear correlation between the latency of P10O and axial length (r=0.479, P<0.01), and negative linear correlation between the amplitude and the axial length (r=-0.331, P<0.05). These results revealed that the seriouser high myopia was, the seriouser the damage of retina was. But the cause and location of this damage should be studied further.
