剥脱综合征眼部病理学及组织化学的研究

摘要 对5例剥脱综合征眼组织标本进行光镜、透射电镜及组织化学检查。发现剥脱物质呈短刷状、羽毛状、均质状,分布在晶体前囊、赤道部、虹膜色素上皮细胞、睫状突无色素上皮细胞、晶体悬韧带、玻璃体前界膜表面及小梁网间隙中。透射电镜下,该物质由均质无形物及粗细两种纤维组成。该物质对甲醇刚果红、地衣红及胶性铁呈明显的阳性反应。就此结果进行讨论。 The lens, iris, ciliary body, zonules, vitreous and trabecular meshwork, which came from five patients, were studied by light and electron microscopy as well as histochemistry. The results showed that the exfoliative material was short, stubby, feathery or amorphous. It distributed at the face of anterior lenticular capsule, iris pigment epithelial cells. ciliary processes, zonules, anterior vitreous and in the trabecular meshwork. By tanrmissison electron microscopy, the material was composed of coarse and fine fibrils which embedded in amorphous matrix. By histochemistry, it appeared significant positive reaction to Congo red, Orcein, sad Colloid iron staining. The results are discussed.
