纬线和经线静态视野检查法的比较

Comparison of Latitudinal and Longitudinal Methods in Examination of Static Visual Field

介绍一种新的检查同一纬线上各经度点阈值的静态视野检查法——纬线法。正常人中所得结果为一条近似水平线。对72例97眼作过视野初筛检查的青光眼用经线和纬线静态视野检查法作了对比研究。结果表明:50只初筛正常眼两法波动值相近;25眼初筛异常但两种方法所测暗区深度均<6dB,两法所测深度相近;22眼初筛异常且两法或其中之一所测深度≥GdB,16眼纬线法所测暗区深度大于经线法。认为纬线法有操作简便快速,结果评价直观等优点。

A comparison study was made in 97 eyes (72 cases) of glaucoma patients screened by a Goldmann type perimeter with a modified Armaly-Drance method between the latitudinal and longitudinal methods. The results showed that the variance of the two methods was similar in 50 eyes with a normal screen result; the depth of scotomas tested by the two methods was also similar in 25 eyes with an abnormal screen result, but the scotoma being of depth less than 6 dB by both the two methods; however, the depth of scotoma tested by the latitudinal method was greater than that by the longitudinal method in 16 eyes of the 22 eyes with both an abnormal screen result and a depth of scotoma greater than 6 dB by one or two of methods. It was considered that the new method has advan tages of easier and faster operation and more intuitive evaluation of result.
