造纸涂料用遮盖性空心球乳液的合成 被引量:6

摘要 采用甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、甲基丙烯酸酯(MMA)等丙烯酸酯类及苯乙烯单体合成核壳遮盖性空心球乳液。研究发现种子乳液中使用2%~3%的阴离子乳化剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)可得到稳定的乳液;核乳液中,选择w(SDS)∶w(OP—10)=1∶1的复合乳化剂可改善乳液的稳定性及对比率;降低核的玻璃化温度(Tg),可以提高聚合物的对比率;壳乳液中,选用1%的SDS可以得到稳定的核壳体系,而核壳比例控制在1∶3.5时对比率达到0.755;在中和溶胀步骤中加入核壳聚合物20%的壳单体,可明显提高乳液对比率。 Opaque core-shell emulsion with voids was prepared by using vinyl aromatic monomer and acrylate monomers such as methacrylic acid,methyl methacrylate etc.It was found that the use of anionic surfactant sodium lauryl sulphate(SDS)2~3% improved the stability of seed emulsion;in the preparation of core polymer,selection of weight ratio of mixed surfactant SDS and OP-10 1∶1 elevated the stability and the contrast ratio of emulsion;high contrast ratio was gained by distracting glass transition temperature (Tg) of core polymer;in the preparation of shell polymer,when 1% SDS was used and weight ratio of core olymer and shell polymer was 1∶3.5,stability emulsion was gained and the contrast ratio reached 0.755;addition of 20% shell monomer based on core-shell polymer raised the contrast ratio of polymer during the stage of neutralization and swelling of particles.
