超高交联树脂吸附对硝基苯乙酮和对硝基苯甲酸的研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了NDA—150、NDA—99、NDA—88、AmberliteXAD—4,4种吸附树脂对对硝基苯乙酮和对硝基苯甲酸的静态吸附行为。结果表明NDA—150树脂对硝基化合物的吸附效果较好。并研究NDA—150树脂的动态吸附和脱附行为,结果显示NDA—150树脂对对硝基苯甲酸的吸附容量为232mmol/g干树脂,对对硝基苯乙酮的吸附容量为3.06mmol/g干树脂。NDA—150树脂易于脱附,吸附对硝基苯甲酸后,用2%NaOH∶乙醇(体积比1∶1)作脱附剂,温度313K;吸附对硝基苯乙酮后,用甲醇作脱附剂,温度333K,体积6BV,脱附率均接近100%。 The adsorption performances of 4 resins:NDA—99,NDA—150,NDA—88,Amberlite XAD—4 to p-nitrobenzoin acid and p-nitroacetophenone were studied.The results of static equilibrium adsorption showed NDA—150 had higher adsorption capacities.The results of dynmic adsorption indicated that the adsorption capacities of NDA—150 towards p-nitrobenzoin acid and p-nitroacetophenone were 2.32 mmol/g and 3.06 mmol/g respectively.NDA-150 was easy for the desorption.After its adsorption to p-nitrobenzoin acid the desorption rate was nearly 100%.Using 2% NaOH:ethanol=1∶1(volume) as desorling agent at 313 K.The regeneration efficienly was also nearly 100%.Using 6 BV methanol as desorbing agent at 333 K after its adsorption to p-nitroacetophenone.
