单纯疱疹病毒眼感染的快速诊断

在兔实验性HSV-Ⅰ眼感染模型上研究角膜刮片ABC法染色检测HSV抗原在HSV眼感染诊断中的价值。结果表明:角膜刮片ABC法染色检测HSV相对于病毒分离(Ⅵ)的敏感性为97.7%,其总体阳性率(68.5%)高于Ⅵ的阳性率(52.9%),尤其在感染两周后更为显著。ABC法可于2小时内完成,操作简便,是一种敏感快速而实用的HSV眼感染诊断方法,值得推广使用。

In a rabbit HSV-Ⅰ ocular infection model, the authors studied the value of corneal scraping ABC method staining for rapid diagnosis of HSV ocular infection. The results showed that the overall positivity (68.5%) of corneal scraping ABC method staining for diagnosis of HSV ocular infection was significantly higher than that of virus isolation (52.9%)(x^2 test, P<0.05), especially in the second two weeks after ocular infection; the sensitivity was 97.7%(compared with virus isolation) and the ABC method staining required less than two hours. The study suggests that corneal scraping ABC method staining is a sensitive, rapid, practical method for diagnosis of HSV ocular infection.
