摘要
对100例(只眼)角膜穿孔的治疗进行回顾性分析,包括保守治疗12例,结膜瓣遮盖18例,角膜移植70例。结果98例(98%)成功地封闭了穿孔,保全了眼球。在角膜移植的70例中,术后36例植片透明,41例视力提高。并就治疗方法的选择及技术操作的改进等进行了探讨。
The treatments of corneal perforation for 100 cases are reviewed including 12 cases of conservative treatment, 18 cases of conjuactival valve cover and 70 cases of keratoplasty. 98 cases (98%) of perforations were covered successfully and the eyeballs were saved, in 70 cases of keratoplasty, 36 grafts were transparent after the operation, 41 cases of vision were raised. And the choice of treatmeat method and the improvement of technical operation are discussed.
