单疱病毒性角膜炎泪液中β_2微球蛋白含量测定

Determiation of β_2-microglobulin in Tear of Patients with Herpes Simplex Keratits

对54例单疱病毒性角膜炎(HSK)患者(33例活动期,21例稳定期)和30例正常人泪液中的β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-mG)含量进行测定。结果表明:活动期患者泪液中β_2-mG含量(15.26±3.28mg/L)明显高于稳定期(91.91±1.06mg/L)和正常对照组(10.13±1.12mg/L)。讨论了β_2-mG在细胞免疫中的作用,并对β_2-mG的变化与HSK复发机制之间的关系进行了初步探讨。

Tear Levels of β_z-microglobulin (β_2-mG) in 54 cases of herpes simplex keratitis (HSK) (33 active cases, 21 inactive cases) and 30 cases of normal were determined. The result showed that the tear level of β_2mG in active patient group (15.26±3.28mg/1) was higher than that in normal group (10.13±1.12mg/1) and inactive group (9.91±1.06mg/1). And also the effect of β_2-mG on cell-mediated immunity and the ralation between β_2-mG and the mechanism of HSK relapse are discussed.
