摘要
报告一种诊断早期闭角青光眼的新方法。明室遮眼伏俯试验。结果显示该试验为敏感的激发试验。41人,81眼的阳性率达83.95%,试验可在明室内进行,特别适用于基层医院和青光眼普查。
The authors found a new method for diagnosing early closeangle glaucoma. It was Known as bright room prone test with covering eyes (BRPT). The result showed that the method was a susceptible mydriasis provocation testing. The positive rate was 83.95% in forty-one patients (81 eyes). This test was easily done in the diagnostic room, especially suitable for local hospital and glaucoma survey.
