角膜移植体液免疫学研究

Study of Humoral Immune in Keratoplasty

应用放射免疫法测定了角膜移植术后不同时期的血清和泪液中IgG、IgA、SIgA含量,同时应用单向琼脂扩散法测定了IgM及补体C_3含量。结果为上述各项指标,对照组与术前比较无明显差异。当角膜移植排斥反应发生时仅泪液中IgG含量增高,与无排斥反应组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。讨论了体液免疫在角膜移植排斥反应中的作用。

We utilized radioimmunoassay to determine the concentration of IgG. SIgA, and IgA in serum and tear in keratoplasty in this study. We also utilized single immunodifusion test to determine concentration of IgM and complement C_3; The results indicated that there was no difference between preoperation and normal controls in all above targets (P>0.05). We observed a significant increase of IgG Level in tear during corneal graft rejection which was higher than that of nonrejection groups (P<0.01). We discuss the role of hum oral immune in keratoplasty.
