摘要
在兔眼玻璃体内移植500000个同种异体皮肤纤维细胞后,玻璃体内一次性注射γ干扰素显著降低牵引性视网膜脱离的发生率。第一周,对照组为40%(20眼中8眼),治疗组仅10%(20眼中2眼)(P<0.05)。第四周,对照且100%(20眼中20眼),治疗组降为60%(20眼中12眼)(P<0.01)。实验表明γ干扰素对防治增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变有效,玻璃体内注射γ干扰素10^4单位对眼部无毒性作用。
A single intravitreal injection of γ interferon was effective in the treatment of experimental rabbit models of proliferative vitreoretinopathy. When given with an intravitrael autotransplantation of 50000 heterologous fibroblasts, γ interferon decreased the rate of tractional retinal detachment from 40% in controls (eight of 20 eyes) to 10% in treated animals (two of 20 eyes) at one week (P<0.05), and from 100% in contrels Twenty of 20 eyes to 60% in treated animals(twelve of 20 eyes) at four weeks (P<0.01). The experimentshowed that γ interferon 10~4 unit intra(?)treal injection had no toxic effect.
