玻璃体手术治疗眼内后极部异物

Treatment of the intraocular foreign body at posterior pole with vitrectomy

本文对11例眼内后极部异物进行了异物摘出并联合玻璃体视网膜手术。其异物1次摘出率在100%,其中6例于术后10天～6个月发生牵引性视网膜脱离,分析病因与异物滞留于眼内的时间、异物性质和严重的增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变有关。

We treated 11 cases of intraocular foreign body atposterior pole combined with vitr?o——retinal surgery.Extracted all of them at the first time successfully, 6 ofthem developed complicated retinal detachment 10 daysto 6 months postoperatively, which may be related withthe duration of the foreign body within the eye, thecharacterisics and severe proliferative vitreoretinopathy(PVR).
