摘要
本文介绍一种新的上睑提肌缩短术,治疗先天性上睑下垂42例52眼。我们认为该术式简单易行,手术时间短、安全,术后反应轻,无术后并发症,手术成功率高及效果满意等特点。并对术中及术后注意事项进行了讨论。
A new levator resection was reported forthe congenital ptosison,on 42 cases 52 eyes.This results confirmed that suspension is easier to per-form the operation was safe, the duration of operationwas short, reducing the postoperative complication orpostoperaton rection, success rate was higher and theresult was satisfactory.
