摘要
使用电子顺磁共振仪,在深低温条件下检测受紫外线照射和正常免角膜内的自由基信号。结果显示,从受紫外线照射和正常免角膜内均获得明显的自由基信号,受照射角膜比正常角膜的自由基含量明显增高(P<0.01),并有新的自由基信号产生。这种变化可能在急性电光性眼炎的的发生、发展过程中起了重要作用。
The free radical in UV-irradiated cornea was de-tected by Electron Spin Resonance (ESR). The resultshowed that the levels of free radical in UV-irradiatedgroup was increased significantly (P<0.01). Corneashowed new free radical peak after exposure toultraviolet. This finding suggest that increased freeradical play an important role in the process ofelectrophotophthalmitis.
