肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片法与微粒子捕捉酶免法检测结果的比较及分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :了解多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片法与微粒子捕捉酶免法 (MEIA)所测肿瘤标志物结果的符合性。方法 :蛋白芯片法与MEIA测相同标本的 6项肿瘤标志物 ,比对两种方法的符合性。结果 :CA19-9、AFP、PSA、CA12 5 4项指标 ,两方法间差异无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ;CEA和ferritin指标两方法间有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,不符合的病例 ,以MEIA阳性而蛋白芯片法阴性为多。结论 :蛋白芯片法与MEIA检测CA19-9、AFP、PSA、CA12 5的特异性和灵敏度相近 ;CEA和ferritin指标检测的符合性较差 ,但两法不符的病例中 ,亦未见任一方法与病理及临床诊断结果有较好的吻合。 Objective:To evaluate the coincidences of protein chip technology and micro-partital enzyme immune assay in the detection of tumor markers Methods:6 types of tumor markers were detected by protein chip technology and micro-partiealenzyme immune assay for same samples Results:4 types of results (CA19-9, AFP,PSA and CA125) by protein chip technonolgy coincideneced with that by micro-particalenzyme immune assay ( P >0 05) 2 types of results ( CEA and ferritin) by protein chip technology did not coincidence with that by micro-partical enzyme immune assay, and the positive rate by micro-partical enzyme immune assay was higher than that by protein chip technology Conclusion:The sensitivity and specificity detecting CA19-9, AFP, PSA and CA125 by protein chip technology was same with by micro-partical enzyme immune assay, CEA and ferritin were not same but no any assay coincidenced with the result of pathology and clinic [
