ICP-AES法测定温里类中药中锰的研究

Study on manganese in Warm Chinese medicine by ICP-AES

目的 :分析探讨温里类中药锰元素的测定方法。方法 :采用湿法硝酸 -双氧水湿法消解样品 ,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱 (ICP -AES)法测定温里类中药干姜等试样中微量元素锰元素。结果 :其检出限为 0 0 0 0 4μg·mL-1,变异系数为 2 0 % ,回收率为 91 8%～ 10 9 2 %。发现温里类中药含锰量明显高于清凉类药物。结论 :ICP -AES法可用于测定温里类中药中的锰。

Objective:To establish a methods for determination of manganese element in warm Chinese medicine as Zingiber officinale Rosc Methods:After HNO 3-H 2O 2 digestion,manganese was measured by ICP-AES Results:The average recovery of the method for manganese in warm Chinese medicine as Zingiber officinale Rosc was 91 8%～109 2%,with relative standard deviations of 2 0%( n =10) for manganese element The method was applied to the analysis of some practical samples and the results obtained were satisfactory manganese element in warm Chinese medicine is more than that in cold Chinese medicine Conclusion:The methods is suitable for determination of manganese element in warm Chinese medicine [
