摘要 目的 :在溴酸钾 -溴甲酚绿体系中测定甲醛。方法 :在硫酸介质中 ,基于甲醛对溴酸钾氧化溴甲酚绿显著的促进作用 ,建立了测定甲醛的动力学光度法。结果 :线性范围为 0 2 0~ 10 μg/ml,检出限为 0 10 μg/ml。对浓度水平为2 0 μg/ml甲醛的 10次平行测定的RSD为 3 2 %。结论 :方法应用于测定毛肚、鸭肠及其浸泡液中微量甲醛含量 ,结果满意。 Objective:To determinate formaldehyde by its catalytic on the oxidation of bromocresol green with potassium bromate.Methods:A novel and sensitive kinetic spectrophometric method for the determination of formaldehyde was developed,which was base on the kinetic effect of formaldehyde on the oxidation reaction of bromocresol green by bromate ion in sulphuric acid medium Results:Formaldehyde in the linear concentration range of 0 2~10 μg/ml was determined with a detection limit of 0 20 μg/ml Conclusion:The method was applied to the determination of maceration extract of duck′s interstines and bellies with satisfactory results [
