An analysis of lens examination for 327 cases of X-ray technologists

摘要 对327人654眼放射工作人员检查,发现晶体混浊可能是由于放射线引起虹膜睫状体慢性炎性反应,而造成房水及细胞代谢改变,微量元素比例失调以及晶体囊通透性增加所致。通过眼底检查发现黄斑色素改变占受检查人数的19.27%,说明色素细胞对X线较为敏感,根据调查在工作剂量的X线下不致造成放射性白内障,但X线在加速晶体混浊中将起着重要作用,所以防护不可忽视。建议口服硫酸锌等药物,使早期晶体改变得以恢复。 654 eyes of 327 cases X-ray technolo-gists had been examinated. The result ex-pressed that the opacity of the lens was causedby chronic iridocyclitis from X-ray, becausethe letter may resulted metabolism changes ofaqueous humor and cells, disorders of mi-croelements proportion and increased perme-ability of lens capsule. Through ophthal-moscopy, there are 19.27% of cases have melanin changes in macula lutea, it indicatedthat the melanin cells were more sensitivs to X-ray. According to this examination, X-raytechnologists, under usual working dose,thereare no irradiation cataract producted. Al-though, must keep in mind, about acceleratethe opacity of the lens, X-ray may be playedan important role. Thus, protection andprovention isn't ignored. In order to recoverfrom those early changes of the lens,take zincsulphate orally.
