摘要
借助于计算机的高度灵活性、快速运算和绘图功能,将X线定位技术和超声测量技术有机地结合起来,建立了眼内异物计算机绘图定位法。本法以图形和数字2种形式显示异物位置及其与眼球壁的关系。临床验证100例,99例经手术验证正确。认为是计算机绘图在眼科临床应用的实例。
Computer Charting Localization Method ofIntra-ocular Forign Body. Zhu Yu,Zhang Xiao-Fang. Department of Opthtalmology, FirstTeaching Hospital, Henan Medical University,Zhengzhou, 450052 With the computer and automatic plotter,anew method localizing intraocular foreign body(IOFB),computer charting localization methodis developed on the basis of ultrasounic biome-try and X-ray localization technique. The newmethod can show the location of IOFB and therelationship between IOFB and eyewall by twomeans, plane pictures and digital data. Themethod was evaluated in 100 cases by surgery i-dentification, with 99% accutacy. It is thoughtto be a successive eaxample of computer appli-cation in ophthalmic clinic.
