毛细管气谱法测定百菌清烟雾剂含量

摘要 采用毛细管气相色谱法定量分析百菌清烟雾剂中百菌清的含量.以GC-FID测定,HP-5MS毛细管柱为色谱柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm),氮气为载气,分流比为1:80,柱温210℃,汽化室温度为280℃,检测器温度300℃,以内标法定量.百菌清在0.1~200 μg/ml的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),回收率为95.02%~101.32%,变异系数1.02%~3.32%,最小检出限8.0ng/ml.该方法快速、准确,可有效控制产品质量. A method for determination of chlorothalonil in the aerosol by capillary gas chromatography was described. Analysis was then done by GC-FID with a HP-5MS(30m 0.25mm 0.25祄) capillary column using N2 gas as the carrier, split ratio 1: 80, a column temperature of 210℃, and an intramural standard. Vaporization chamber and detector temperatures were 280℃ and 300℃ respectively. Chlorothalonil showed good linearity in the range of 0.1~200 g/ml in sample solution (r=0.9998), recovery rate of 95.02%~101.32%, a coefficient of variation of 1.02%~3.32%, a minimum determination concentration of 8.0 μg/ml. This method is convenient, rapid and accurate, it is efficient for controlling of the product quality.
