摘要
探索了微波对从葡萄籽中提取低聚原花青素的影响 ,实验结果为 :功率为 5 0 0W ,时间为 15min ,料液比为 1∶9。在此条件下提取率达到 38% ,超过传统水煮法。
The influence of microware of the extraction of oligomeric proanthocyanidins from grape seed was studied. The optimum conditions of extraction were obtained as the test results: the rate of solution to solid 9:1, the power 500W, extraction time 15 min,the extraction rate of 38% could be produced and microwave could be more effectively than traditional method.
